Application
Antioxidant 1098 is an excellent antioxidant for polyamide fibers, molded articles and films. It can be added prior to polymerization, to protect polymer color properties during manufacturing, shipping or thermal fixation. During the last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips, fiber can be protected by incorporating Antioxidant 1098 in the polymer melt.
