Application
Chlorite-stable optical brightening agent with bluish-violet white shade for acrylic and secondary acetate in all stages of processing.
Method of use
Process A:
Dosage: 0.2～1.5%.
Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate. Ratio: 1:10-40
Temperature: dyeing at 90-98℃about 40-60 min Process B:
Dosage: 0.2～1.5%. Sodium chlorite(80%): 2g/l Sodium nitrate:1-3g/l
Dyeing liquor PH value is adjusted to 3-4 with oxilic acid dihydrate. Ratio: 1:10-40
Temperature: dyeing at 90-98℃about 40-60 min
Package and Storage
25 kgs/barrel, and package as customer.
