Its high light fastness is over 5 grade. It's for exhaustion and padding process. The quality is counter of Blankophor CLE (Bayer). Usage 1. Exhaustion process for nylon: A.Na2SO4 bath: Dosage: CLE 0.5-1.5% o.w.f; Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l; Na2SO4:2-3g/l; Acetic acid adjusted PH=4-6; Temperature: 80-130℃; Time:20-30min; Sodium Chorite bath: Dosage: CLE 0.5-1.5% o.w.f; Detergent: 0.5-1.0 g/l; NaNO3:2-3 g/l; Sodium chlorite:3-8g/l;Complexing agent: 0.5-1.0g/l; Temperature: 90℃; Time:30-40min; 2. Padding process for nylon: Dosage: CLE  8-30 g/leveling agent: 1-2 g/l; Fixing agent: 5-10 g/temperature: 20-60℃; Dip squeeze: pick up 80-100%, baking under 105℃. 3. Dyething method for cotton: Dosage: H2O2 50% or 35% g/l, stabilizer 1g/l, NAOH 98% 0.6g/l, Bath rate: 20. Detailed process is according to customer's request. Package and Storage 1. 25KG drum 2.
