NO:199 Specification Appearance: Light yellow liquid Ion:Non-ionic PH value(10g/l):6.0-9.0 Content:24%-26% Characteristics： Excellent fastness to sublimation. Good red lightly white shade. Good whiteness in polyester fiber or fabric. Applications： It has excellent fastness to sublimation,reddish color shade with strong fluorescence and good whiteness in polyester fiber or fabric. It is suitable in the polyester fiber, as well the raw material of making paste form brightening agent in textile dyeing. Usage Padding process Dosage: ER330 3～6g/l for pad dyeing process, procedure: one dip one pad( or two dips two pads, pick-up: 70%)  →drying→ stentering(170～190℃30～60seconds). Dipping process ER330:0.3～0.6%(o.w.f) Liquor ratio: 1:10-30 optimum temperature: 100-125℃ Optimum time: 30-60min For getting the optimum effect for application, please try on suitable condition with your equipment and choose the suitable technique.
