Applications
It is an important stabilizer of polyester products (including PET, PBT, and PEEE), polyurethane products, polyamide nylon products, and EVA etc hydrolyze plastic.
Can also prevent water and acid attacks of grease and lubricating oil, enhance the stability.
Can improve the hydrolysis resistance stability performance and service life of many polymers, especially at high temperature under the condition of damp, acid and alkali, including PU, PET, PBT, TPU, CPU, TPEE, PA6, PA66, EVA and so on.
Stabilizer 7000 can prevent the lower molecular weight polymer in the process.
Dosage
PET and polyamide monofilament fiber production injection molding products: 0.5-1.5%
Upscale polyols polyurethane TPU, PU, elastomer and polyurethane adhesive: 0.7- 1.5%
EVA: 2-3%
